Calculations stay on your device

The figures you enter are calculated in your browser. They aren't sent to or stored on our servers. If you copy a page link after using a calculator, your inputs appear in the page address so the link can be shared.

Analytics

We use analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. This doesn't identify you personally.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before advertising cookies are set.

Email reminders and newsletter

If you sign up for a reminder or our newsletter, we collect your email address, what you signed up for and when. We use it only to send the reminders you asked for and our newsletter (a few emails a year on rate changes and deadlines). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time. Sign-ups are stored with our email provider, Kit (kit.com), which may store data outside the UK. We never sell or share your address.
